​Kelvin is an Associate within Rutherford’s Private Practice Legal team, specialising in legal recruitment across the London market.

Prior to joining Rutherford, Kelvin held a number of client-facing and leadership positions, where he was responsible for talent attraction, relationship management, business development and advising individuals on important career decisions. This experience has enabled him to develop a consultative approach built on understanding individual motivations, long-term goals and cultural fit.

Kelvin works closely with leading UK and US law firms, advising on strategic hires across a range of practice areas and supporting lawyers as they navigate key career decisions. He is particularly focused on building strong relationships and delivering a high level of service to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Holding a BCom in Strategic Management and a BCom Honours in Management, Kelvin combines strong commercial awareness with a relationship-driven approach, helping law firms identify exceptional talent and legal professionals achieve their long-term career objectives.
