With an educational background in psychology, Haein has vast experience working in meticulous environments, which has acted as a catalyst for her career within the research space. With a good understanding and patience for people, Haein has the ideal temperament for the varied personalities within the recruitment sector.
Haein will join the team 5 days a week, handling all operational research duties across all Rutherford’s desks: Compliance, Legal, Financial Crime, Interim, Cyber Security, Risk, Strategy and Operations.
