What motivates you in life and at work?

Acquiring new knowledge is what gives me tremendous motivation. I remember the time I worked as a fashion assistant, which was one of the most challenging roles I have ever had: what kept me motivated was the thought of expanding my knowledge and experience.

Acquiring new knowledge is a big positive for me, both in my personal life and career. Plus, given the level of competition that businesses face nowadays, it becomes imperative to constantly reinvent yourself by accumulating whatever usefully comes along the way.

What is the most important thing for people to know about you?

I am determined to thrive in all that I do. I always embrace new challenges and given opportunities.

What do you want to accomplish at work?

I strive to collect, analyse and interpret data to uncover new knowledge that will flourish marketing strategies, clients’ engagement and loyalty, whilst committing to the business’ vision and work ethic.

How would your friends and colleagues describe you?

They would probably say that I am very optimistic, as I see setbacks as opportunities to learn and grow. There is always a creative solution to a problem, and I love searching for it.

What is the most surprising thing you have done in your life?

Travelling through Europe has been my greatest accomplishment. I have gained the confidence to step out of my comfort zone and embrace the unknown multiple times.
