Rutherford Introduces Its New Candidate Referral Scheme for Qualified Lawyers in Private Practice
Rutherford has introduced a Candidate Referral Scheme focused on fee-earning qualified lawyers within private practice. The initiative is designed to better recognise introductions made through networks, acknowledging that many of the most relevant moves in the legal market originate from trusted, professional relationships. Through this new candidate referral scheme, referrers could get up to £10,000 as a reward.
While referrals have always played a role in how we engage with talent, this scheme formalises that process and introduces a structured approach to how referrals are assessed and rewarded when it comes to fee-earning qualified lawyers looking for a move into private practice.
The Scheme
The scheme applies to referrals of qualified lawyers for fee-earning roles within private practice.
Where a referred candidate is successfully placed, and all applicable conditions are met, a referral reward may be payable.
Further detail on eligibility, process, and qualifying criteria is set out in full on the submission page.
