With a firm background in recruitment, Orla has hands on experience placing interim and contract candidates within Compliance, Financial Crime and Risk across Financial Services.

About Orla Crowe
Orla has demonstrated resilience and hard work through studying Business Management at the Technological University of Dublin whilst maintaining a yearlong internship as an admin administrator in a sales environment.
After graduating, Orla moved into the recruitment sector as a researcher where she focussed on placing top compliance, risk and financial crime candidates over short and fixed-term contracts within the financial services. She now joins Rutherford to further build out the firm's Retail Compliance desk and efforts, with a focus on banking, payments, insurance & crypto compliance.
Orla will specialise in placing top compliance professionals within financial services, from fintech's to retail banking, to consultancies.
